Parameters:
- sk (Required): Search terms
- region (Optional): Region code: This field is optional. If left blank, no filtering will be performed.
- type (Required): Search type. 1=influencer 2=product 3=seller 4=video 5=live
- size (Required): A maximum of 30 data entries can be returned.
- searchType (Optional): 0 = Fuzzy search; 1 = Precise search. Fuzzy search is the default.
