the TV Homepage, giving you more opportunities to reach
new viewers.

Creators: New ways to moderate your comments are here!
🔍 We’re rolling out new tools in YouTube Studio that
use AI to help you more easily find, manage, and respond
to comments based on their broader topic or meaning.
When you go to your Comments page in YouTube Studio
desktop, you’ll see a new "Search" filter option, while
the traditional exact-match search field has been
relabeled as "Keywords".
With this search tool, you can:
- Search by topic: Use your own words to find specific
topics (up to 100 characters). For example, if you want
to manage remarks regarding your personal appearance,
you can type a phrase like "comments about my
appearance" to quickly group and bulk-moderate them. You
can also search for specific comments, like "questions
about my equipment".
- Use suggested topics: Select suggested topics to
quickly filter for themes like "Excitement and
Enthusiasm" or "Negative feedback".
Plus, you can now select any comment to instantly "Find
similar comments":
- If you spot a specific comment you want to moderate,
click the three-dot menu and select "Find similar
comments" to instantly find others with a similar
meaning.
These updates are now available to everyone globally on
desktop – learn more in our Help Center:

optional and meant to make moderating your comments even
easier; they won’t automatically remove or hide
anything. As always, you can share feedback directly in

Creators, we're updating Channel Memberships pricing!
We’re beginning to roll out these changes to new
international market prices to better reflect current
global exchange rates. This update aims to ensure global
fairness and helps sustain your channel's long-term
growth.
Here’s what this means for you:
- Existing Members: Your current members’ prices won’t
change at this time. (Note: if a viewer cancels and
rejoins later, they will be charged the newly updated
price).
- New Members: Viewers joining your channel for the
first time will see the newly updated prices tailored to
their specific country.
- New Pricing Controls: We heard your feedback! You no
longer have to delete a level (and lose your existing
community) just to change your price. You now have the
flexibility to adjust your level prices for new members
once every 12 months.
You can check YouTube Studio to review your updates and
recommended prices. These changes will be rolling out
over the next few weeks, so if you don’t see them now,

Streamers: Side-by-side ads are now available to live
streams on mobile devices, as well as low and ultra-low
latency streams!
What you need to know:
- Following last year's rollout for desktop and TV,
side-by-side ads now automatically take the place of
fullscreen mid-rolls on eligible mobile live streams

way to serve mid-roll ads is less disruptive and
replaces our existing fullscreen mid-roll ad breaks.
- Side-by-side ads will only be shown on live streams;
they won’t be served on VODs or Shorts.
- Side-by-side ads will be enabled automatically on
eligible streams if you have mid-rolls enabled on your
live stream: https://goo.gle/4uj9Dfb (Note: This must be
enabled before the stream begins; otherwise, fullscreen
mid-rolls will be served). You can enable mid-rolls by
following the instructions here: https://goo.gle/4uj9Dfb
Impact for your audiences:
- During a side-by-side ad break, the video player will
shrink and the ad will run alongside the stream.
- The audio of the stream will be muted while the audio
from the ad plays, then the video player will expand
back and audio of the stream will be restored when the
ad break has ended or the ad has been skipped.
- Live chat is disabled while the ad is running on
Living room (unaffected for web and mobile).
We think this update will improve the viewing experience
for your live stream audiences, so we hope you’re as
excited about side-by-side ads as we are!

While streaming on mobile, you can play a game where
viewers will see the game in full, along with a smaller
view of you overlaid on top. This serves as a ready-made
activity for creators who might be unsure about what
content to create, or for anyone looking for a new way
to interact with their community.
Just follow these steps when starting your live session:
1. Go live on your mobile device.
2. At the bottom, tap the Playables logo.
3. Tap Play a game.
4. From the options, select a Playable to launch the
game.
This is now available in select markets; detailed
instructions can be found in our Help Center:

available for vertical live immediately. We will be
